Healing Through Your Divorce

Healing Through your Divorce is a six-session group that is informative, therapeutic, and healing. Each session will offer practical help and therapeutic support coping with the trauma of divorce. 

Topics will include:

  • Learning about the stages of divorce

  • Managing your emotions;

  • How to talk to your children, family, and friends

  • How to practice self-care

  • How to successfully and proactively move forward so you feel stable and whole. The focus of these groups will be about healing.
